Suitable for families or groups of adults, they vary from 50 to 60 square meters in surface area and offer enough space for adults and children. All equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen and large double sofa bed, one or two separate or mezzanine bedrooms, one or two bathrooms with shower. The floors are in hypoallergenic laminate.

CHECK IN/OUT: The booked apartment is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival to 9:00 am on the day of departure. Upon arrival, a deposit of € 100.00 in cash is required, which will be returned upon check out after a positive inspection of the accommodation unit
- Upon arrival, you are asked to promptly check and report any faults or shortages in the supplies inside the apartment.

Upon departure, our staff will check that the apartment is left undamaged, clean, tidy, including the hob (no dirty pans and/or dishes left), the refrigerator, the oven, free from rubbish, including checking the linen provided.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
At the time of booking, a confirmation deposit is requested, paid via:
- Bank transfer: 30% of the total amount of the stay, paid within a couple of days from the time of confirmation; for stays under the date, the bank transfer must be received within two days before arrival;
- Credit Card: 30% of the total amount of the stay.
Upon receipt of payment, a receipt is issued; for the invoice, please provide the relevant tax information at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION of the reservation must be communicated in writing to the email address info@anticoalbergostelladitalia.com
-up to 7 days before arrival, we offer the possibility of recovering the amount of the deposit paid with a stay of the same duration (number of nights) as the one booked, within 12 months from the expected arrival date.
- less than 7 days from arrival, the amount of the deposit will be retained.
In case of no-show, the price of the entire booked stay will be charged.
In case of reduction of the period (late arrival, early departure) or change of the booked treatment, no deductions will be made on the confirmed total.
